
The RITM - Remote IT Management service is your fully outsourced IT Department. With this service you will get your own helpdesk and IT staff onsite if needed.
When an issue arises a ticket will have to be opened through either the helpdesk or through our ticket system. One of our technicians will respond as soon as possible or according to the agreed SLA. (Service Level Agreement)
